Went into store Mon 14/04. Served by Gabi, a credit to Card Factory. I was holding my dog, she advised dogs welcome in store now.. did everything she could to help me. Knowledgeable, polite, kind. All round amazing customer service! Gabi is a credit to herself and Card Factory.
