What is the point of advertising a service that you can?t provide? Imagine I have a restaurant and every time you would come in I?d not have have food or service for you?. a whole week should be enough to resolve such issues.

The EV charge is either out of use of blocked when deliveries are due. Causes a lot of inconveniences. Not sure why this can?t be in good working order especially when there are only a few charging pots in the area. Had to beg staff to open the area as had no battery and this was the day after I had taken a taxi to work because the charging port was out of use.

Service station closed, nothing affecting the charging port. 1% battery and had to beg staff to open for my car to charge.
Bp are being ridiculous, why advertise the charging station if it?s going to be always out of use?. It seems staff are closing the station at anytime they want. Please ask for the reason as to why they had to close the port for EV charging customers when they could not provide a reason for closure ????.
This is very inconveniencing.

An old man, (caucasian, bearded, with grey hair), who works here, used the forecourt loudspeaker to shout at a customer in the afternoon of 3 June 2024, saying that the customer was forbidden to use his mobile phone in the forecourt. The said customer was trying to use his phone to log on to the BP App which would not be possible without using a mobile phone, the old man therefore had no reason to prevent the customer from using the phone in the forecourt. If this is the case, this is harassment and it might be racially charged.

Shuts off half the forecourt most days for deliveries so the pulse charge isn't available. This doesn't show up on the pulse app so you arrive to charge but can't access the charger. I've asked to use but have been told its not available. It doesn't stop the delivery if I'm parked in the bay. I've also been told I need to wait with my vehicle whilst it charges in case there's a spark! I'm in a fuel station, sparks aren't good! Seems very uneducated on the chargers.

Closing at 22:00 means closing at 22:00 not 21:50 or 21:45.

Great charging station. Very fast.Charging Cable was shorter than normal.The 12 mins of charging was taken up shopping in the M&S.
