Absolutely brilliant

A great course to play as the guest of a member. Ask for Stephen Fenton as a caddy. He is excellent. The course is challenging and the 19th hole is relaxing after the great golf experience.

Yes the setting is beautiful. But what made this experience extraordinary was the service. Having a bit of a challenging start, the incredible hospitality, attention to detail, and a genuine regard for their guests make this place the Gold Standard. Our sincere appreciation to Giovanni Tallu, Vernon D?Souza, Morgan?s Chesse Charlie Butler, and Neil Scavova. Because of all of you, we will be back

We were invited for the night by our friends as a treat for my husband?s 60th birthday. We stayed on a Sunday night on a cinema special dinner, bed and breakfast. We had such a lovely time. It was very cold during our stay, with the frost on the ground most of the day, but the sun was shining and the sky was blue. I have read previous reviews that say some of the staff are a bit snooty, but we didn?t find this at all, and all staff, from all that we encountered, were all very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. We could have used the spa facilities but we instead walked the grounds. If you have a chance, do bring your cossies and go for a swim - there are both inside and outside pools. All looked super in the spa area. We started with tea and cake and sat in the library. There were open fires in all the communal rooms, it it was lovely that there was a fire alight in each of these. Our room with en-suite was wonderfully appointed and beautifully furnished. We were given a bottle of Prosecco for my husband?s birthday, and there was also a mini bar with soft drinks, tea and coffee and even bottles of sloe gin. We had drinks in Frank?s bar before dinner, then had the set dinner in the Japanese Restaurant, that was included in the package. 7 courses if I remember correctly, all absolutely sublime! After dinner we retired to the cinema room where the film for that night was Dirty Dancing. I think I know the film practically word for word, but my husband admitted he?d never seen the whole film before - think he quite enjoyed! Popcorn was served and we could order drinks too! Off to bed after. We knocked back the slow gin and we both slept like logs. Lovely cooked breakfast the next day. The choice was plentiful. Thankyou to all involved to make our stay so memorable. We were very lucky to have been treated to this. I did look up prices and think all extremely expensive, perhaps a bit too expensive for what it actually is. However, we did have an absolutely fantastic time.

I have visited many spas in my life, both in the UK and abroad and this was quite simply the best experience. The massage and facial by Carrie was simply wonderful. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi all spotlessly clean and then a wonderfully cocooning relaxation room to unwind in front of a fire! My daughter very kindly treated us both for Mother?s Day and she had an equally wonderful experience so thank you. We will be back!

Relaxing, beautiful stay at Beaverbrook, the staff couldn?t have been more welcoming and looked after us perfectly. The building and grounds are gorgeous and have so much history. We used the spa facilities and had great time. I would thoroughly recommend!

WOW! I gave stayed in hotels around the world but this is by far the best I have stayed in. Staff were great and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Ate at the Japanese restaurant and food was lovely. Not cheap but a great experience.

I went with my wife for Japanese experience. All staff looking at us in restaurant for around 10min before taking drinks order. Only until the manager came to take our order, with slight comment to remind us that it?s cheaper to go for tasting menu. Food was lovely, amazing quality really tasty. Our table was by a closed door by glass window Only to hear the manager in the corridor talking to a staff he quoted- Tamie how many years they had to save to come here, she said who mr and mrs Africa then laugh He had a French accent. I don?t think this environment is diverse as the staff is not respectful to other races.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The good and service were excellent. Facilities amazing. Best ever Christmas lunch. And the ice skating was fun. The staff were so kind and it felt like a family. Definitely going again.

We enjoyed an overnight stay in January to celebrate my husband?s birthday. We stayed in the Duchess of Windsor suite with fabulous views of the Surrey Hills & were impressed with our well stocked mini fridge with a choice of drinks & snacks. We enjoyed pre dinner drinks at Sir Franks bar & the very attentive service of Daniel who made fabulous cocktails. We caught a buggy to the Garden House for dinner & then returned to the main house to enjoy a film at the UK?s first ever private cinema. The following morning we had a wonderful breakfast in the Japanese restaurant & later visited the spa where we swam in the indoor & outdoor pool & enjoyed the sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. The service was excellent throughout & we even got our electric car charged for free overnight. On our departure our car was bought back to the House near to reception where we found two bottles of water & some mints for the return drive home. All in all a fabulous luxurious experience which will never be forgotten.

From arriving at the barrier into the grounds you are made to feel special and welcome. This level of service continues throughout the hotel and restaurants. We stayed in one of the coach house rooms, on the upper level - Yew Tree. The room was modern and beautifully designed - it even had a log burner primed and ready to light. The buggy service from the main hotel is fantastic too. We eat in the Garden Room for lunch and the Japanese Grill for dinner - both were fantastic. The cocktails and Franks Bar are worth a mention too - dangerously good! This is not a cheap outing but you do get what you pay for - a truly magical escape within easy reach from London. Spoil yourself and go!

Lucky to have stayed in some beautiful places around the world, but our stay at Beaverbrook was incredibly special. We were made to feel like VIPs from the moment we pulled up outside the gorgeous building. Upgraded to a terrace room on arrival (in Garden House), stunning surroundings and comfortably luxurious. Every single member of the staff went out of their way to make our stay special - and always with a smile on their faces! The Japanese tasting menu was exceptional. Spa facilities were beautiful and well kept - never felt busy. Food in the Spa deli was phenomenal and served with love and attention. The massages we booked were sensational. As the title suggest; absolutely faultless. Can?t wait to return.
