Very helpful staff but only one checkout open despite long queues they tried to direct us to auto check out which did not suit us. Parts of car park on slight slope so trolley move if you do keep of them. Generally good value for money

Today Pam was very helpful towards me as I was searching high and low for a particular artificial hedge wall for the fence. She was lovely on the phone, kept the product by for me whilst I travelled to store and had amazing customer service. She was so kind and friendly towards me and had time to have a conversation with me. I think in this day and age not many people seem to care or want to talk to customers but Pam was so lovely she deserves the recognition! Big thanks to Pam.

Handy for basic stuff but god forbid if you have to ask anyone for help. They are all clueless. Took 3 asks and I still have no idea if they stock what I'm after. Will go to an independent DIY store in future as they seem to be more experienced.

It's just a terrible experience. Every time I visit the item is out of stock. The staff are just not remotely interested and talk to you as a child. Poor. The best thing with this place is to fire the staff and get some younger enthusiastic people working who don't look at you with contempt.
