Have used Richard Jones for many years, especially for annual HMRC returns in January, we have never had one query from HMRC or been fined for late delivery. Using Richard for my returns and accounts I sometimes have the feeling that I am his only client, and recommend him to you.

We have been very let down by Richard and his company. Not only is he always on holiday and therefore EXTREMELY slow to reply to your messages he also cost our company a lot of money in its first year trading. He ill advised us on becoming VAT registered and then failed to submit our return on time. I am in the process of submitting an official complaint to the accountancy body he is registered with.Upon appointment of a ?good? accountant we were able to see all the faults Richard made. When appointing a new accountant he also lied about regulations to try and keep our record and not release them to us.We believe this is a past time for Richard he has no real interest in you or your company he will botch his way through your accounts until you raise a complaint then he will hang up on you.In short go to someone who knows what they are doing!

As a long standing customer of Richard's, he has helped me with my Tax Return for many years and never failed to deliver a great service - Richard is always extremely helpful and full of facts that everyone should know about! Besides my Self Assessment, Richard has also recently advised me on Inheritance Tax relating to a property; the result of which will potentially save me thousands of pounds in the near future.In short, Richard is extremely knowledgeable, an expert in his field, and most importantly for me, he is approachable and provides a truly personal service.
