Trustworthy, honest, highly skilled. Grant is fantastic and runs the Brookwood Timpsons store like a proper old fashioned family business. He is nearly always on site and will always give great advice on your shoe repair and go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased with the result. So grateful to have found you! We will always come to you for any shoe repairs or to get our keys cut.

Grant was really hospitable and welcoming into his little store next to Sainsbury's. Has a great demeanor and you know he's passionate about repairing and extending the life of the precious things we own. He restored my mother's boots from the 80s and 90s so well. Can't wait to wear them out. Highly recommend this store. Grant deserves a raise!

We called in at 1334 on Thursday 11th Jan 2024 to get passport photos done. The man was sitting there drinking a cup of tea and said that he was on his lunch very unhelpful. Whilst we were walking back to the car. He then served another customer that walked, on the opening hours it doesn?t state that they are closed for lunch. If they are close for lunch, then surely they should close and lock the door and not serve anybody.
