Went there today to get a mini valet. It was okay rather rushed through once the car was through the outside wash I went round to get the inside done and my partner drove away whilst I went shopping when coming back to the car the inside of the door hadn't been done it was still dirty and the side mirrors still had loads of water marks on them it was still dusty in the interior. For the money the clean was not good and I will not be returning. Save your money and go somewhere where they know how to clean the interior of a car and wipe mirrors!

First time at this location, wasn't massively impressed, it felt very lacking compared to the normal one I use, the language was a bit of a barrier I suspect as they seemed more intent on getting me through it rather than trying to get my points that I was trying to cover.
There were just 2 people there who had their hands full doing a full detail on another car, the spray to loosen the dirt looked a lot more watery than I have ever had at other locations, and everything felt minimal and rushed to get me through to get back to the other car.
That said the result was better than I feared, but still left some bits on the windscreen etc, so it wasn't perfect, but was good enough for what I needed, and it wasn't worth messing about with, but I doubt I would use this location again, it may just have been a bad day there being so busy, but I think I will use my normal place in future.

Didn't manage to clean the car properly. Wasn't cheap.

Recently went here as it was recommended by family. I was not disappointed. Easy to access, clear, signage to show what was on offer and efficient and professional staff. Machinery seems to be well looked after and works very well. Birds had left a lot of droppings on the car and it all came out clean and shiney. Price was more reasonable than I expected it to be also. Will be back.

FYI - Google information is wrong - Sunday open at 10am. Well actually?. Don?t take the time on Google at all, they open when they want to.

Went to the IMO car wash at Sainsbury's Brookwood, Woking
I paid using the QR code, the attendant said it would not go through and they was told not to use the code, but still left it up.
I was told I need to get hold of company for a refund.
So I have paid just under £15 for nothing.
Hopefully the company will get back to me and refund me.
Bad customer service, I would not use again.
