The place is okay and I can't say that the staff members were not nice. However what put me off was the fact that your staff members are not provided with tongs or gloves when they do the iced coffee or generally dealing with food.\nI do not think it is very health and safety for your staff members to just grab the ice... read full comment

Came specifically to meet a colleague here as stated closed at 18:00 on arrival found it was closing at 17:00. Waitrose need to keep their opening hours updated.

Such a shame, I was so disappointed that there were absolutely NO VEGAN options except for a brownie. We came for breakfast and my son has a milk allergy, there was no options for him to eat anything other than a brownie. No options of sandwiches, cakes, breakfast rolls etc. how hard would it be to offer a vegan sandwich... read full comment
