Awful experience and rude staff. I phoned to book an appointment in advance for 2 people at 10am to avoid waiting yet they didn?t get started until 10:30. My nails were rushed and look awful! They are all completely different lengths with sharp rigid edges. The man doing my nails didn?t bother to remove the dust and painted over it. After they were finished I washed my hands twice to try and remove the sticky acrylic from my fingers but it wouldn?t come off. I felt completely uncomfortable the whole time. The man that did my Mum?s nails made 2 of her nails bleed and didn?t even apologise. I complained to the lady in charge and suggested she could knock some money off for the overall bad experience but she said no I will file them for you now. After being there for 2 hours heavily pregnant with a toddler I just wanted to get out of there so I declined and had to pay full price. Shocking service

My friend booked three weeks before our appointment as a treat for my 60th birthday. We arrived and were told by a rude woman we had to wait behind the walk ins . What?s the point in booking ? The woman was rude and no apology for the booked appointment which never was . We waited over half an hour and still we didn?t receive our pedicure.Due to the shoddy service and rude woman we decided to leave and go somewhere else . Would not recommend this place at all .. very rude and unfriendly

I was expecting a little better than what I received for £40!! The line work was messy, nails were too thick, there is a big chunk of acrylic that?s been left under my thumb not to mention the uneven topcoat that doesn?t even cover the whole nail? I had to move spaces so someone else could finish what another person started, then I was constantly left so the person doing my nails could go and sort another customer out? not overly impressed.

The nail technicians are nice, but I find the quality of their work very inconsistent.Each time I've visited so far, I overheard at least one customer complaining about the quality of their work at the end of their visit, which is not too promising, especially when they're charging £35 for infills and gel polish.Services: Nail extensions

This has to be the worst ?manicure? I have ever had. Gel polish all over my skin, no cuticle or surrounding nail prep. Uneven, messy and rough polish. When cured in the UV machine it stung. Just all round a horrible experience plus a complete waste of money. Extremely unhappy.Service: Manicure
