The old hag on the customer service desk could do with some customer service training/manners. Just got barked by her saying ?It?s closed??. Well, that?s not what the checkout says!! Maybe an ?I?m sorry sir, this checkout closes at xx:xx? would be a better way of dealing/interacting with customers!!

Just been here with my daughter and she has come out the store in tears!! Went to the pharmacy to try and get saline solution for nebulizer for her 4 year old daughter, as she was on the verge of an asthma attack!! The person she spoke to was rude and didn?t even make eye contact with her and spoke to her through the counter assistant, she was told they had nothing and offered no help on what could have been a serious matter, if my daughter hadn?t of found the saline solution herself! If the person that served her was the pharmacist then I suggest you find another job that doesn?t need empathy

Nice large Tesco with wide range. Sadly customer services is not open to match the opening times of the shop and there is no replacement during those hours. This was rather disappointing having travelled a long way to return an item (it was suggested I come back at 9am tomorrow, when I, and most others, are working).

Excellent supermarket, been living in UK for almost 30 years and never saw a negative issue, professional staff, hard working and always there to help. Went early shopping today, kills the anxiety and managed to get my shopping quickly! Thank you, Tescos!

Once again the management did not get the staffing right, large queues for both self
check outs and only one manned till open.

Went to the restruant ordered a fish finger wrap it came to table what a disappointment it was stuffed with salad leaves only and to very small fish fingers looked like the savers fish fingers do not bother ordering the fish finger wrap you will be very disappointed value for money no not all it was tastlrss .

On 14 January 2025 evening , I did some clothings purchase and paid all items I purchased . When I wanted to go out the security tag detected and I returned to stuff to remove it , where the customer service stuff in self service area were incredibly unwellcomedd unfriendly and poor professional way of dealing with customer. The customer service was arrogant, bad behaved and very bad ton of voice. The self service customer service I believe requires a course to understand how things works rather than giving the customer a feeling of criminality.
