Eye Test first class the staff very helpful.But one thing that disappointed me was the lab work in Crawley mess me about broke my.own frames for my sunglasses. Otherwise very good service

Definitely the staff needs training, took my glasses to change the frame and within 2 seconds the staff come back with my glass lense shattered and my frame broken, Definitely the staff don't know that glass lenses need to be heated upto be removed,looking at the damage I can clearly see that staff thought was plastic and tried to pop it out with a finger on the middle of the lense and end up shattering the lense. Next booking only on the 24th and glasses will take 2 weeks to get ready, one month without glasses thanks to a very unprofessional staff
