Absolutely amazing service. An ATM had eaten my card, I hadn't used my Nationwide account in ages so couldn't access my online banking or anything to see what had happened. I'd forgotten most of my information and came to the bank worried I'd be turned away for not remembering enough info to get my card back. The woman there was incredibly helpful and patient, she was able to use the information I had on me to get me my card back and the whole process was smooth and didn't take long at all. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her the proper credit she deserves but she was an absolute star!

The Nationwide staff in Horley are and always have been very helpful. I've been with the Nationwide for years. The reason customers remain loyal to them, is because they are loyal to their customers and make us feel valued. Great to see Nationwide still in Horley Town centre, where we can actually speak to real people and ask advice face to face. Far more personal than internet banking. Let's hope this continues for a long time. There is a lot of call still for highstreet banking, particularly with elderly people, who maybe don't use, or even have a computer. Thank you to all at Horley Nationwide. Please stay put and keep doing what you're doing !

I was surprised to see pensioners turned away from the branch at 13.15 today as it was ?break time? and told to come back in an hour. Not a good option if you are elderly with low mobility or have made a specific trip. If the branch needs to close for lunch this should be shown on the published opening times. I don?t see why they need to close when there was 4 of them there that I saw, surely they can take staggered lunch times? It seems service has slipped. A shame as the staff are usually very good and helpful.

I have always received friendly and professional service from the staff at the Horley branch. I have been banking with them for 20 years and have never had any issues with them.

Discriminating staff.I guess they are not so used to seeing none white people in their branch. For all the six years I have been with Nationwide, I have never been treated like the way I was treated yesterday the 2nd/12/2021 between 930 and 1100 when I went in to withdraw just £400 from my account. First went in with my driving license as ID and they declined it then I went back in with my passport, they ask me security questions like date of birth and full address which I provided with no issues but then the lady refuses to give me the money until when I tell her the last 10 card transactions I made in the last 10 days from the 1st Dec backwards excluding on-line payments. And yet I have been in their other branches several times to withdraw money without my either my bank card or ID with no problems at allI was literally made feel like am trying to steal my own money.I have ever experienced such treatment in all my banking years. Am closing all my accounts down with them.WE MAY HAVE DIFFERENT SKIN COLOUR BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS THE SAME INSIDE SO LETS LEARN TO TREAT EACH OTHER EQUALLY . WE ALL BREATHE THE SAME OXYGEN AND HAVE SAME BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH OUR VEINS

Writing on behalf of my Dad - says the Horley cashiers and people who work in the branch are 100% efficient and understanding as to my requirements. I appreciate what they do for me when I go in to the Horley branch. I have known them for years and can only say positive things about them. Thank you Nationwide you go above and beyond every time. I am elderly and do not get on with technology at and like to meet the staff face to face to conduct my banking business. They make it very easy for me.
