It's nothing special

More often than not, we receive our order with items missing. Gatwick Ring Road North is our nearest one so we normally order from there. I'm starting to wonder why though because missing items seems to be the norm. We've phoned before but we are just told to get in touch with the Uber Eats customer service. This isn't a delivery issue, it's a packing issue which comes down to McDonald's themselves.
On top of the missing items, when we do get on to Uber Eats we're told a refund will go through but this never happens. So we're paying for absolutely nothing.
The staff don't care and just fob you off every time. It's an absolute joke

Who do you employ? They can't count to 2, I ordered 2 takeaway burgers, I got 1, I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes to pay, the guy took the day off and he wasn't there, the queue behind me, everyone started honking, the guy serving the food is there as a punishment, you two should be thrown out

Food was served cold and witnessed staff using their hands to handle the food no gloves used at all !!!!! Used toilets after visit and what a complete mess no one bothered to clean or check toilets this was at 7am !!! Surprised that they can continue being open when clearly there is a hygiene issue !!!!

I do not recommend this McDonald's restaurant, the staff is extremely unserious, works slowly and inattentively.

Food was prepared quickly and was alright, however when I went to wash my hands at the WC... Devastating conditions, very filthy! Management should think of not how the kitchen looks only, but also the toilets, the tables, driveway, parking, etc.

Once again a terrible experience. Told to park up which happens every time despite it being relatively quiet. Food took 15 minutes to be brought to us and there were items missing so had to go inside.
Went to leave the car park but ticket had to be validated back inside again. Beyond annoyed at this level of service that has become the norm for McDonald's

We visited today for breakfast. We used the drive thru the order wasn't fulfilled correctly. We received our drinks and was told to wait in the car park for the rest. We asked about the parking and was assured the parking was free for a hour. There was no parking space before the barrier so we entered the car park via the barrier. We got a ticket from the barrier. We waited and decided to go and get the order ourselves. We sat and ate in the car.
Once we finished and went to exit the car park there is another barrier. So I thought how do we validate the ticket surely we can't just go through??.
So I reversed back and re parked my partner went inside the McDonald's with the receipt and the ticket. The person at the cashier had to physically scan the ticket to validate our parking. So we used the ticket and exited the car park. Apparently a lot of people use the drive thru, enter the car park and just used the ticket to leave the car park and then recieve a £100 fine. We should be fine as it was scanned but just want people to be aware there are big signs saying don't press the button to release the barrier. You have to validate the ticket before going through. But it is not clear where to validate the parking. The people in MC Donald's don't tell you to do this they really don't care if you get a fine.

One of the worst McDonald's which I visited, and usually I don't complain, but today they made me really angry. Not my first time there, always really looong waiting time for food, for fast food restaurant. After 10 minutes of waiting, they informed me that brownie(is only this what I ordered with coffe) is defrosting. They should tell me straight away, not to letting me wait(had job from Gatwick Airport I'm taxi driver). I left with just coffee
