Staff was really friendly and helpful. The shoes were cheaper than in Austria, which is the reason I bought them. Also it is free to take one dutyfree-bag on the aircraft.

Wasnt very happy. Staff rude and very uninterested. The staff member that served me at the counter was very unhelpful and rude and even though i spoke clearly i had to repeat myself a number of times. They definitely need some customer service training.
