Highly recommend Hart Hair, I have always had a great experience with having my hair cut here (past 3 years). I had my hair coloured (balayage) for the first time today with the brilliant Lucy (who I usually see for haircuts) and it has come out exactly how I hoped, very happy with the experience, time it took and general service. I've been butchering my own hair during lockdown and needed a decent cut. It was the first time I'd tried this salon, having walked past it regularly for ages.It's very smart and stylish, with friendly helpful staff. The Covid precautions are good without being over the top. It makes you feel safe without detracting from the comfort.I'm really pleased with the cut I got, which has rescued the state I'd left my hair in. I even got a loyalty discount card, which I'll be sure to make use of

I have been coming to Jess for 2 and a half year and can honesty say I would highly recommend Harts Hair to everyone . Jess personally does my hair and I wouldn?t go anywhere else . The whole salon are helpful and so friendly . You always feel so welcomed in there . I had an appointment in the afternoon at 2pm, which was delayed by 15 due to an over run meeting. I called explained the situation and lady on the phone was very blunt and rude, said I would have to pay 25% cancellation fee for taking the hairdresser valuable time and for not meeting appointment on time. She did not even have the courtesy to wait and listen the reason and up hung-up the phone.At the time of booking the appointment, they failed to inform about their 25% cancellation charge and neither there is any mention of the cancellation terms on their website.Being a local resident in the Horley, we always lookout to support local business but with this horrible, blunt and rude attitude I would never use Harts again. In the service industry, customer is king and you must learn to respect your customer in order to have long-term sustainable business.Truly Very Disappointment.

Amazing hairdresser and beauty salon!Since harts opened I have been having my hair, make up and facials done here. Friendly, professional staff and so reasonably priced for all of their treatments compared to other salons in the area/ Crawley.Highly highly recommend.
