Have been going to Dom for nails for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. My sister in law uses the salon too for nails and brows and loves it. All the staff are welcoming and friendly, I would highly recommend Gloss for any beauty services and will not go anywhere else. Lovely atmosphere and very accommodating.

Always have been and always will be obsessed with everything that is Gloss. Dom who is the nail queen does phenomenal work every time and brings all visions to life. My nails have never been so healthy and strong.

The staff and services at Gloss are all amazing! I have had pretty much every service they offer over the last year and have been over the moon with all of it - biab nails, pedicure, hair styling, hair colouring, makeup, lashes, brows, the works!
Such a friendly and welcoming environment, I truly feel like they care and do their absolute best in everything they do, and it shows in the work they produce! Couldn?t ask for more xx

** The best for your beauty needs **
Dom (the owner) has been doing my nails for years, she is by far the best and I have ever had. She is friendly, funny, professional and I always feel so looked after. Myself and my daughter have also enjoyed other treatments there. If you are looking for a professional salon, with highly trained staff and a great atmosphere, this is defo the place. I honestly cannot recommend the whole team highly enough. Wish there was a 6 star option! :-)

I used Gloss for various services.
nails: i was happy with the nails and toe services but Mollie kept on changing my appointments times and days, when i couldn't find the time she wanted, she would just cancelled on me. Same happened for my pedicure. I was going to a wedding the following day and she asked me to change my appointment as she had to do lushes (obv getting more money than doing my nail).
Really disappointed, when busy and booked 4 weeks in advance nothing worse to be cancelled 30 minutes before.
I do not recommend this salon, they are not professional (Mollie told me she didn't do any professional course but learnt in-house), they do not respect your time and make you feel unwelcome!

Always such a lovely relaxing and friendly salon. Lucy has been doing my hair for a while now and I can?t recommend her enough, my hair has never looked better! She is brilliant.
Highly recommend Molly for nails, she has been doing them for me for the past couple of months and is excellent ?

I have been going to Dom for my nails & pedicure treatments for more years than I can remember, she is incredibly talented in in all she does and is a extremely helpful kind young lady who I have seen achieve so much! I go to Gloss for my hair appointments & eyebrows and I can honestly say all of the team at Gloss are super friendly and always welcoming in a beautiful salon and without doubt very professional in their line of expertise. I would highly recommended Gloss for any treatments.

If you are looking for the perfect salon to go to Gloss is the place! Amazing service, good music, good vibes and very well looked after! Definitely the only salon I will go back to in Surrey! Also Dom is the bomb!
