“I cannot sing Smallfield surgery enough praise. All the staff members are beyond brilliant. The nurses MICHELLE, GILL, PAULA nd DEBBIE are beyond friendly, caring, empathetic, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I recently moved to Smallfield and ended up having an emergency surgery. At my most vulnerable, they supported me as if I were their own family member. The sheer stress of attending wound dressing sessions with a baby used to make me dread the daily hospital appointments but the kind nurses made it a breeze. They would put Cocomelon (kids tv show) for my baby and she would be giggling away whilst they do the dressing. I honestly could go on forever...all I want to say is a BIG THANK YOU from my family and I. You are the bestest ? x”

“Had a great experience with Clerklands yesterday. Sometimes GPs get a bad wrap but yesterday Clerklands showed me the system still works. Rang up at 08:00 to get an appointment, doctor phoned me back at 08:30, appointment at 09:40. Pick up my prescription at 10:15. Thank you. Hopefully be back to full fitness by Christmas.”
