Easy to use service, courier picked up and there were plenty of updates, and sent back with a fairly major repair in good time. ONE thing to tweak would be that you get emailed with updates, instead of having to go to the website, but overall a very good service.

I think this is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Recommended by LG. The story is too long and almost unbelievable, but basically they cracked the screen on my TV ( can't be proven), said they would give me a quote for a new screen and heard nothing for 1 week, after calling them several times I finally spoke...

Panasonics warrantys aren't worth a bean. My Lumix camera had a fault within the warranty period and it was sent to their appointed repairers, DK Audio Visual. They said there was no fault and wanted £23 to return it to me. Panasonic believed them but did pay the £23 and the camera was returned to me. I bought the camera...
