THE worst costa coffee i?ve ever visited. As a Costa coffee fan and local resident. I can honestly say the customer service here is truly awful. Cold coffee, cold customer service and no smiles!!! I actually felt like I was an inconvenience asking for a coffee. If you want costa coffee then make the journey to one of the crawley branches! I?ve visited many time in the hope they have adressed the staff issues with no improvement. It?s a real shame as the building and the place inside could be a great costa coffee with the right staff!

When I entered the cafe I said good morning, the people who worked there didn't even respond and I even went to speak to the manager of the establishment and she told me that they are human and normal when this is a lack of respect for the customer

The barista that she took my order she was really welcoming and smiley and her colleague who made me the cafe had made me the best flat white ever ?. I can not praise them enough.The just made my day :)

This is one of the better of the Costa chain. Friendly staff but I do get annoyed that no staff seem to want to clean toilets or employ a cleaner. This is one of many Costas that don't clean toilets. Fortunately being male I didn't need to use the sanitary bin as it was packed full. And a hand dryer that pootles out hot air target then blast your hands with it. Really gross and completely unnecessary!

I come here frequently to chill, read a book and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming, which creates a nice atmosphere for the customers. Thanks
