Had a great experience with Clerklands yesterday. Sometimes GPs get a bad wrap but yesterday Clerklands showed me the system still works. Rang up at 08:00 to get an appointment, doctor phoned me back at 08:30, appointment at 09:40. Pick up my prescription at 10:15. Thank you. Hopefully be back to full fitness by Christmas.

Don't know why we have GPs anymore, especially here. Not interested, always say they have no appointments & to go to the walk in centre. I had blood in my urine the other day (a lot of it), I phoned up & told them & was told cant see me & to go to Crawley walk in. Mentioned it again & that on telly it clearly says if you see blood in your urine contact your GP straight away. I did but not bothered. Took myself to the walk in who after 4 hours waiting sent me to East Surrey Hospital for an urgent CT scan, where I was diagnosed with kidney stones & bad urine infection.These GPs are paid a fortune but are doing less & less.Our hospital A&Es are full because GPs will not see anyone.Pass the buck unless they make money from it.

I have never had a problem with the surgery. Would like to mention Dr Salagee ( not sure if I have spelt it right ) such a thorough Dr takes his time and really listens to what your telling him. Thank you

Been trying to get a doctors appointment for months now, even when i manage to book just a phone appointment I never even got a call. Really annoying considering the issue could be serious untreated and I need referral from the doctor to get scans etc. Really disappointing

Nobody in this surgery listens to a word you say. Not the Doctors or the reception staff. The only way to contact into go to the surgery yourself. Or hang on the phone for ages. Their systems are out dated. If they were a private business they would have gone bankrupt years ago. Customer care doesn't exist. They have forgotten they are there for our benifits and not the other way round.

Awful! The 'patient services' team have such a superiority complex resulting in them talking to you like a child. Wish I could find another doctors but the other one in Horley are just as awful.Almost worth just using the Crawley hospital walk in GP service so you don't need to deal with these.
