“Absolutely amazing service. An ATM had eaten my card, I hadn't used my Nationwide account in ages so couldn't access my online banking or anything to see what had happened. I'd forgotten most of my information and came to the bank worried I'd be turned away for not remembering enough info to get my card back. The woman there was incredibly helpful and patient, she was able to use the information I had on me to get me my card back and the whole process was smooth and didn't take long at all. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her the proper credit she deserves but she was an absolute star!”
