My wife always goes here for her hair. She is very pleased with the quality. I pay the bill which is a shocking amount for a man as I remember my old haircuts cost £6 and took 5 minutes! I now pay £18 with inflation and the (experienced female) hairdresser takes longer! Still, I suppose my BMW costs a lot so I cannot complain!

Just had my hair cut at the Horley Row branch, my stylist was lovely, followed what i wanted and gave me a perfect cut. She was attentive, and asked me several times if I was happy with what she had done, the length etc. Will be going back deffo!

I have taken my daughter to the Horley row salon for a while now. She suffers acutely with anxiety and I cannot recommend Polly there enough. She is so patient and gentle with her, today she even managed to have her hair washed without me being next to her. Thank you so much Polly.
