Abusive staff parking in EV designate space . Today evening I was assaulted by member of staff and manager . Manager and member of the staff chasing me and hardly banging on my car door for no reason . I will ask BP for investigation taking an footige camera from petrol station . This is unbelievable assault .

Many times when I go there to buy some food I feel observed by staff like I?m a thief. I go to one aisle, one of staff is already there ,I go to the next the staff is already there. I can?t do calmly my shopping . It doesn?t mean if I?m not an English person in rich area I?m a probably thief I feel like a thief every time doing shopping there. . I feel very uncomfortable every time when I go there and I?m
Not gonna do shopping there anymore. Today was my last time there . Today I have seen one man I think he came to collected money cash man. I felt observed by him also, I move to grab some item , he is near me, I go to grab another item to another aisle he is near me pretending he is buying something, one of the staff also was observing me. No more going there . Not nice place to do shopping. Im working in retail and I?m not a silly customer not knowing if someone observes me. I?m

Time online says it's open till 11pm yet I went today to fill up and it was closed at 1015pm the hours online are either wrong or someone went home early please correct this.

My go-to station to fill up ??, Clean, tidy and extremely professional staff (being a retail worker myself I know how busy it can get) . Absolutely love bp as a whole because I know how fantastic Ultimate is on my MPG unlike other fuels I?ve tried ?. Will be a regular customer from now on ??.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff members in Hindhead BP. Thank you for being soo kind and very Patient with Me today. I already wasn't having a good day, i am 17 weeks pregnant and already got the worest case of baby brain ? my phone had just died before pulling up to store and I thought I had my purses with me so I can pay for my fuel. But then realised I didn't have it when inwas about to go and pay for the fuel. Staff were very understanding as I explained to them about my Situation. They found me a charger to charge my phone as I then could pay via that. All very kind and offered my a warm drink while I waited for my phone to charge. Thank you again for being so kind and patient with me and Reassuring me it was okay. This just to shows there is still kindest in the world! Thank you again! ?

To Mr Hugo Van Durrrrr Walt, the guy who seems to like to complain about people.I was served by an older lady at the till area and I found her very helpful, polite and talkative. She assisted me with what I needed and I left there very happy with my service. I think that maybe you were having a bad day and thought you'd like to bully someone. This is her job, her livelihood, get over yourself.
