Very thankful to BMW Group 1 Hindhead.During the MOT they discovered a fractured alloy wheel, Liam at BMW was very helpful with sourcing a new wheel. Also like to thank the team for fitting the set of tyres I sent to the garage. The Car feels much better for the change in tyres.I had good communications at all times which helped for when resolving issues.Also very thankful for the discount given on the alloy wheel when I went to collect the car, highly recommend the garage.

I dropped my BMW into the garage this week to have my brake pads done as well as for some recall work. The level of service was excellent - they discounted my brake pads, washed my car FOC, and updated the car radio system which wasn?t working properly.All in all - really good experience, would recommend!

Amazing service from the reception. Received a nice warm welcome and l was escorted to the service advisor Joshua Davis who as well extended his welcome to me. From someone who is used to top class service of AGMC BMW DXB, this was more of BMW thing, top notch service. Well done Joshua and to the lady at reception, didn?t get her name.A huge thank you to the technician Matthew Pendleton for handling all the service, and attention to detail.Got an exceptional beautiful service of my car video underneath all right round and tyres all clear than l have never seen myself before ??.Inside the waiting room area was very clean and organised with a tea & coffee station complimented by a tv to keep the time flying ????

If I could rate zero stars I would and I think it is important to understand when you take your car to a main dealership, make sure you question error codes, work that is done. Take pictures under the bonnet before you take it in. The customer service is terrible, rude. Our vehicle went in for a simple recall and was tampered with. As soon as we drove the vehicle off the forecourt after having a EGR recall addressed, the car was sluggish, spluttering (having been running like a dream before they got their hands on it) and we were told that there was something seriously wrong with the Swirl Flap and Manifold but, actually after a second opinion from another mechanic, the swirl flap had been unclipped (you could see where someone had unclipped it) which had caused error codes and could have caused catastrophic damage had we not have felt uneasy about the comments made by BMW Hindhead. BMW Head Office were equally unhelpful and clearly don't need the custom anymore. It's funny because we were thinking about purchasing a new BMW from Hindhead but not anymore and probably not a BMW after the unsupportive BMW Head office. Be very careful when you get told that your vehicle has error codes or problems with the engine after it's been in for work! Extremely sick way to make money out of people and the worst thing is people trust you lot and pay it without question!!! terribly sad times and pretty damn awful way to run a business in my view.

This garage has had my car for 2 months & in that time failed to fit parts from the repair body workshop. They refuse to update me on the situation stating GDPR, ridiculous considering it is my car. No call back from the Service Manager as well. So glad this is not my usual BMW garage.

Very poor experience. When conducting a service, Group 1 disconnected the isofix car seat and didn't reconnect it. This could have been fatal if I had not noticed the next day. On the same service they also managed to dent one of my doors!! A couple of months later I was rear-ended by another driver and contacted Group 1 to get a repair quote. They only have capacity to do such quotes a couple of days per week and told me they would get back to me. They never did get back to me. They are utterly hopeless and an embarrassment to BMW. I now use Vines of Guildford, and they are 100 times better. There is no comparison. Avoid Group 1 at all cost. Go up the A3 to Vines.An UPDATE: Hilariously, and stupidly perhaps, I decided to give Group 1 another chance and get my MOT done there yesterday. The morning after receiving my car back from the MOT my car told me that my brake pads need replacing. My car told me... The morning after the MOT done at Group 1. You could not make it up.
