Although I didn't end up purchasing my vehicle here, I must say the customer focus and care that was extended to me by Ian F was great. Knowing that I was on the market for something fun and sporty, he organised, at short notice, a little blast in the new M2. Great car, but as I needed something in the short term I had to take my business to another BMW business on this occasion. That said, I'm likely to use them for my servicing needs. Definitely worth the drive up the A3

This dealership used to be Barons in Hindhead village. A year or so ago, they were then bought out by the much larger Group 1 and moved a couple of miles to new premises on the southbound A3. What a complete disaster that's turned out to be.Under Group 1 management, customer service levels in all departments (sales, after sales, service) are literally appalling. Sales staff are clueless and prefer to hide (visibly) in a perspex office next to the sales floor so as to avoid talking with customers. Management are rude and completely uninterested in resolving any issues that occur - and there will be numerous, given the dealership's crashing incompetence.Barons was an excellent BMW dealership which took pride in providing proper levels of customer care. In direct contrast, Group 1 carries the obvious stench of used car supermarket company culture... they couldn't give a damn about taking responsibility for their frequent errors, let alone offering any resolution for such.It is telling that by now, every single member of the old Barons team has chosen to resign, leaving the dealership staffed by know-nothing and disinterested used car wideboy sales staff and management.It is frankly shocking that a brand such as BMW would allow a staggeringly shoddy outfit like this to represent them to the public.AVOID AT ALL COSTS... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If I could post without using any stars, that would be more appropriate.Without doubt the worse example of customer service I have ever experienced.Deposit paid on car. Setbacks our end resulted in a delay in the purchase and told the car would go back on sale and refund would be refunded.No refund. No answer to any phone calls resulting in a personal trip to the showroom to ensure deposit refunded. Salesman in question would not come and see us leaving another colleague to eventually sort the refund.Despite still trying to purchase the vehicle no returns phone calls were made to me.This is when we are trying to purchase a car, imagine how bad they would be if it were anything else!Go to another dealer but avoid this one.

Arrived with my BMW to have a service that was due on from the Moment arriving in your car park being met by the parking attendant a lovely friendly gentleman to walking through the showroom asking if I knew were I was going and offered a hot drink to having the service done in a timely manner while I waited in the waiting area being attended to asking if I needed a hot drink etc by all the friendly staff to then received a 5 Star service from Laura a lovely lady who was very professional and courteous and also walked me out to my car. I would just also like to say the thank you card was a lovely personal touch too. Thanks for the super service through my visit to Group 1 Hindhead BMW.Mr Samuel Mark Hammond-Argyle

A big thank you to Group 1 Hindhead BMW for their truly outstanding customer service! I am most grateful to Tim, Lee, and Jake for their excellent help. The purchase of my car went ahead as originally planned, and I am very pleased with it. Everything went well ? from the initial test drive to the delivery of my car, which is excellent. I was informed of every single stage of the purchasing process and I received my car within the agreed time schedule. I would highly recommend them and no doubt will be going back to them when purchasing my next car.

A big shout out to all at Barons Hindhead (Group 1) they serviced my M240i and provided a great video review with mechanical updates.Three weeks later my vehicle was back for a Sat- Nav Map upgrade and like all technology it can be temperamental and took longer than expected; I was kept fully informed and the lone car extended to cover additional time. so thank you in particular to Emily West my service advisor throughout both appointments. Satisfaction with attention to detail Thank you Emily ?Very much appreciated

I traveled from from my home in the North of England to pick up a used 5 series. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Mark and Tim were both very pleasant to deal with. They had the car prepared and ready to go after completion of the paperwork. No problems at all.

Buying the car was easy through Sam. Car was delayed on arrival but still quick process. Realised car was low on oil after having a service and also no lock and wheel nut. Had to go back for them to order in which was said 9 days wait. Been waiting over 3 weeks now and I?m having to chase for someone to call me back. Who?s knows what is going to happen if I need a tyre changing.
