Sadly disappointing - always a lack of stock & fresh produce is just not as good as it used to be (M&S so much better now) but today I picked up my online delivery and the girl behind the counter just made the whole experience that little bit more disappointing. There was no queue or people waiting but when I asked if I could pay for 4 items she said ?not really?. When I asked why as there was a till available she said we only do it with a few items and then put her head back into her computer. Thanks - made me feel a whole lot better and valued as customer.

I expect smaller stores to advertise one price and charge a more expensive price, misleading price indication can be a criminal offence under consumer protection laws. When I asked, and an opportunity was available for the store to honour the price, I was told I had to pay the more expensive price

Great Waitrose store. Usual good quality and friendly helpful staff. Parking is pay and display which waitrose refund at the till.

Good range of quality products. 60p back on the parking fee & a free coffee. Made a change from Lidl & Aldi. More expensive but some nice quality food there ?

The only improvement would be to have a larger store.

Waitrose Deliver my shopping weekly as I use NHS Prescribed indoor electric powered Wheelchair. The Drivers put away my shopping for me. I have untreatable Degenerative Osteoporosis & L4 Lumber ect. All Waitrose products at a very high standard.
Also I switched from Sainsbury's to Waitrose shopping bill lower. I am not first person do couple of your normal weekly shops Essential range ect!

Come on now, it's Waitrose! What were you expecting? To be fair, the parking was cutthroat (yummy's need smaller vehicles). However, the produce was top notch, and where you'd expect it aisle wise. Staff were young and, though disinterested, well rehearsed in corporate platitudes... would shop again...
