So much easier than driving to souless Industrial Estate where enormous dealerships in glass clad sheds do their level best to make you feel inferior. Easy parking outside, and the friendliest of welcomes. Cars and information on hand. I wish all car buying could be like this.

Had the first service on my car done on the 2 hour booking slots. Very straightford stress free process, booked in with Graham via email, dropped car in Waitrose car park and left key with them. The car was ready 2 hours later when they said it would be and it was brought round to the front of the garage for me cleaned inside and out which certainly was not expected. Brilliant, will definately be my go to garage again for this cars servicing. Many thanks

Took my Kia Sportage for a repair as it had a fault which we called the ?disco dashboard?! They fixed it no time and when I collected the car they had cleaned it so well that I didn?t recognise it! Highly Recommended garage,

Great customer service. Late booking service and MOT and Proven were the 4th Kia garage I tried. Graham was extremely helpful and fitted my car in at short notice with everything turned around quickly on the day.

I was in Haslemere for a late lunch with my family but when I returned to my Mini I couldn?t unlock it as the plip key battery had died. I walked back to the town centre in the pouring rain and asked for help in the service department. I was so relieved and grateful when they quickly replaced the battery and I could drive home. Just visited this Kia garage for the 1st time. So helpful. The car had a bit of gravel rattling around in a wheel. The problem was sorted quickly and I wasn't charged for this. As it wasn't covered by the warranty I was expecting to pay but it was a lovely surprise that they didn't. Thank you so much!

Hi AllJust come back from the garage at Haslemere, a very small screen wash nozzle blocked, what absolutely wonderful attention and fast service for such a small job, always impressed since 2017 when i bought the Ceed from them, customer attention and service is the best, will look to them for any further purchases and recommended them highly.

Issue with ny wife's 18 month old kia bought from this franchise. Super helpful, saw me instantly. Sorted and resolved the problem with in an hours. Excellent service.

Sent my 2015 Subaru Forester on the back of a truck to this garage they got it just as they were closing for the night the next morning an hour after they opened they phoned me to say something was deeply wrong inside the engine and it would have to be completely dismantled to be repaired at a cost of at least £8,500 the cost for this diagnosis was £122.40. I took the car to another garage who found that the turbo had failed £1,500 later and its running like new again a saving of £7000.

Very good customer care. A little more expensive than your average garage but they do use genuine Kia parts. I have used this franchise for the past 14 years!!!
