Had to leave without eating! We had booked lunch for two adults and two toddlers - got the dough balls for them and drinks but waited 50 mins - and still no food. No info from staff. Restaurant filled up and no-one was getting food - apart from delivery riders picking up orders! Staff indifferent to our concerns. We paid for our drinks and left - very hungry - and very annoyed. Come on Pizza Express - treat your customers better than this!

Had a superb evening out with friends. Service superb by positive friendly staff. Food, fresh and hot, great. Great atmosphere in the place. Looking forward to returning.

Ordered pizza, wings, and dough balls via delieroo. Arrived cold. The pizza was tough and dry with stingy toppings. The wings didn't have much flavour and appeared microwaved.

This is the 3rd time I have had a delivery from the pizza express in haslemere.
The 1st time was great but the last 2 have been terrible.
It's almost as if they don't put any tomato sauce on the pizzas and next to no cheese or toppings.
The chef that's making them needs to be more generous like all the other pizza expresses around the country.

What to say went today for my daughters 4th birthday and it was great. Food decent, atmosphere good and our server Charlie was amazing ? really friendly and helpful and even brought out the Sunday with a candle and sang happy birthday ? defo going above and beyond.Would like to say a massive thankyou to him for making my daughters day.

Our waiter was great, really friendly, and his choice of music was awesome. The pizzas were really good too. It was just a quick pit-stop visit but we had a great time.
