Great customer service. Just bought a brand new Specalises Status 160 and had amazing help and support during this purchase. If anythings wrong or you have any problems Mb will cover anything you need for a reasonable price, theres nothing to do with bikes they cant fix! Awesome support from these guys yesterday. I came in with a broken chain half way through a ride, and they replaced chain and cassette in super quick time to get me on my way. Mike, who served me was awesome and very helpful. The shop was a life saver. I'd thoroughly recommend them. Great work guys.
