Have seen from other reviews that they don't seem to have tools in stock even when you hire online and go to collect. Not great.... I thought my case was just a one off. Will go elsewhere next time.

Don't rely on the online booking of tool hire. My experience: Book tool online. Obtain a reference and confirmation of hire. Turn up at depot and they don't have the tool in....

Overpriced! Other Jewson branches are cheaper, seem to add 20% because they are based in Haslemere. Go elsewhere, anywhere else will be cheaper.
