The staff in store are great, however Fired earth has serious issues with stock and delivery times. I have used them for multiple large scale projects and every single time without fail there is a delay. Sometimes it can be something really important like a shower tray or bath with ends up delaying the project. There?s no doubt that the quality is fantastic, in almost every range I?m happy to say that but they really need to work in the logistics and stock. I would give 5 stars if not for the difficulty it causes during projects. So much so that now I want clients about the possible delays even though I still recommend them as a supplier. I guess some times quality is worth waiting for but not when it?s as the cost of the customers bank balance.
