Zoe was an absolute star today. I came in with a small issue, they didn't have the part, ordered it in from another store for the SAME DAY. When said part turned up I received a phone call to say it had turned up.

I visited the Haslemere store this week after ordering wiper blades online and managing to order the wrong ones. Zoe at the store was great in facilitating the refund and ensuring that the replacements were correct. Zoe had a very friendly manner and went the extra mile to resolve my mistake. Don?t buy batteries from this place they don?t honour the warranty. Bought two batteries and they lasted just past a 60 day return.
