Whenever I order a pizza for collection the service is always very fast, my food is always ready on time and customer service is very friendly especially wanted to mention Nirali who is always very friendly

So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino?s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza?s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn?t want us to see their face as they didn?t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver ?can?t lie??we asked for a refund and they said that they can?t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn?t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can?t believe this.

Didn?t deliver. Made me go to store with proof of purchase then argued that I didn?t order. I had to produce bank statements. Then cooked half the order, left on the counter for 20 minutes. They left food out on the counter uncooked and not chilled

Who doesn't like a Domino's pizza? I had a large pizza and got one free. It was £22 for a large pizza so would expect second one free ?. The Haselmere shop is no different the online ordering is a ball ache and in my opinion quicker to go and order from the front desk.

We accidentally call the wrong domino?s so they called me back and we said we accidentally call the wrong place and it?s all are fault and then she started to accuse up it pranking them what I find rude so I asked for the manager what argued with me said that can deliver it but with have to pay by link what I don?t trust so I asked for and alternative payment method like the driver take cash and apparently they don?t take cash for 11years what I don?t thinks true and I have payed a driver like 2 years ago and then the manager hung up on me what is very disappointing and with never go back again and if anyone can contact me about this I would love to discuss this with someone
