The large woman behind the pharmacy counter obviously has a problem with men in that she can't help but be aggressive and rude to them. The store looks like something from the sixties, old shop fittings, worn out floor and ceiling, dirty. The shelf layout is ridiculous, it's like Hampton court maze. Awful place. No wonder Boots are closing down branches. Let's hope it's this one's turn soon

This place is awful. Like it is run by the Gestapo, only they're useless gestapo. They will demand ID even if they know you, but are happy to make a litany of errors anyway. Never before have I seen people take so much pleasure in keeping you waiting. Seem to attract staff with the message 'must resemble Myra Hindley'.

Not impressed when sent away twice because Pharmacist was having lunch.A snotty girl told me it was on a sign. I wouldn't know as my specs were damaged in my recent traffic collision.In the end the Pharmacist herself was very professional and polite

They were understaffed when I visited and 1 person visibly working, so there was a large queue inside. (Lunchtime & middle of the week) and consequently I was told to come back in 20 minutes until a member of staff came back from their lunch break so that I could buy some pain killers from the pharmacy. The woman behind the till was quite unapologetic and rude too. Stores like this should have an adundance of staff available to help customers out, its appaling.

A very good small Boots store with helpfull staff and a good range of products despite its size. Also hase easy parking.

Not my best experience. Meds as usual- OK. But needed toothpaste. Bought some on discount for £1.50. Got outside to discover I had been charged full price. Went back in, given a gift voucher and an apology. So I left without the toothpaste but with a gift voucher I did not want as a full refund. Weird.

Sat watching as staff are delivering prescriptions out through the door onto the street, been closed for the last 30mins (15:30ish) despite advertising closing at 17:30. Very very poor. But expected, this store is hardly ever open, and no updated timings means you have to be able to read minds and predict the future for times.

I had a bag of shopping and my bananas split outside in the road. A lorry ran over them and bananas went all over my new trousers! I was so upset as they were so ripe and ready too eat. The manager was so kind and offered to buy me some more. Great customer service!

I needed some advise about allergies as my parrot (Skippy) was making me sneeze in the night. A really nice pharmacist explained to me that my parrot would be better off not sleeping on my pillow and that sharing snacks in the same area might be causing my allergies to flare up. She said that the crumbs from our shared packet of tortilla chips could also be causing the problem and that my parrot is making to much of a mess on my pillow, thanks for the great advise!

Occasionally long wait, all good tho.Update...Poor Customer Service re being ignored when even being only person waiting for prescriptions...Not even eye contact to acknowledge one's presence, always busy doing whatever it is they are doing!
