A disappointing visit, pizza was cold on arrival, prices of drinks are off the scale, the staff were pleasant and the manageress took money off the bill.

Good food, staff all pretty friendly. Wait time wasn't too bad at Sunday lunch but it did take a while to bring a drink once it started to get busier.

We had a family gathering to celebrate 2 birthdays and the staff were so accommodating, they brought out our birthday cakes and sang HB with us all.
They were so attentive, the food was amazing ?
We will be going back for sure.

We had exceptional service from our waitress Jess. Who was able to check in on us and make sure our food was on its way despite how busy the evening was. Her friendly service was a big part of why our evening was so nice.

Admitted I later found out about the small print but very disappointed to find Tesco vouchers not accepted. A menu was given to us on arrival and there was no mention of restrictions on it.. The way small print is hidden on websites before you go in feels devious and lacks open engagement with customers. The guy who served ys was.gine and there was nothing he could but it was an embarrassing end to the evening. PLEASE CLEARLY DISPLAY RESTRICTIONS AND DON'T CON PEOPLE AND THEN HIT THEM AFTER THE MEAL.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to Marek, Hhe was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the meal. His warm and friendly attitude made all the difference, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
