We received excellent service from the Guildford branch. They were short staffed on the day due to illness and quite busy. Gayan and his team were excellent at making initial contact with all customers to find out their requirement and manage their business as best as they could. It was old fashioned friendly service at its best.

I have to say that I was very sad to see that the Guildford branch of YBS had a low star review. A lovely lady called Sally couldn't have been more helpful. I had a complicated request which she handled calmly, efficiently and with a smile. I had previously spoken to another member of the team who was also extremely helpful and enthusiastic. Thank you.

Can't get through at all to find out how to close an account. Last time I went they were closed (within opening hours) and I don't want to waste my time
