I?ve bought hundreds of Roblox gift cards from the Guildford WHSmith loads of times since I was 8 and there?s this lady who keeps telling me no when I have bought it and it?s only one person that tells me no everyone else lets me I?m only 13 I?ve bought hundreds it really annoys me that it?s only one person who does it so please sort it out this is the 2 time it has happened with this one lady it hurts my feelings and the first time she did it she was very rude about it she disrespected my personal boundaries and shoved it right in my face and gave me attitude if she said it nicely I won?t of minded it it really hurt my feelings please make a decision

It is a very characteristic chain of stationery shops in the United Kingdom, but the one in Guildford on High Street is worth a visit because it is decidedly special. On the ground floor there is a stationery shop well stocked in every sector (magazines, every type of stationery product, an entire corridor for tickets for every occasion). Upstairs there is a bookshop with a large section for children's fiction and picture books and... a post office. Worth seeing.

Very poor service. Should learn how to deliver their service with some genuineness. Especially the staff at the stationary section on the ground floor.

I had an unfortunate accident where i happened to faint in the shop and the staff was so attentive and helped me until i was well enough to move again, they were all so helpful especially jackie who was very lovely and I made sure to thank her a second time as I was leaving. Very lovely staff

A middle-class trainspotter type- presumably lives with mummy- had the audacity to laugh at me- 1st July- whilst he was on talking duty with a female colleague._I sensibly use the self-service till..-Get your mummy to comb your hair, Christopher!

Their books aren't particularly good, but for almost all stationary purposes they have pretty good options. Additionally, their art materials (card and such) at the back are basic, but good for simple DIY needs, and of sturdy quality.
