My first visit to Guildford and to Whistles shop. Excellent customer service from staff who were very helpful and cheerful. The shop was busy, I am not surprised, this did not deter from the service. I wish I lived nearer! Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Exceptional customer service from a genuinely helpful team. On two separate occasions, they haven?t tried to sell me a piece that didn?t quite fit from the in-store rails, but instead spent ages calling other branches and looking on line (even in other stores carrying Whistles) to find 2 other sizes I wanted to try, had them posted to me and said I could bring the one I didn?t need back to the store. It is a brilliant blend of in-store helpfulness using the internet to be even more helpful (although some of the team are more adept at the on-line bit than others I noticed - a point to consider). There is a good range of items in the High St shop and nice spacious changing rooms with lots of help to find things.

Popped into store yesterday to return a faulty item, which was dealt with no fuss or quibble. Had my newborn with me who was causing some noise! The very kind staff let me use the sofa to feed him. Thank you from a tired mum.

Amazing customer service, helping to locate the size I wanted and order it to my address, and finding my son's lost hat and returning it. Such a refreshing novelty to have service going above and beyond what is needed. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Looking for a new handbag & was fortunate to be told about this one at Whistles, Guildford didn?t have the navy but India kindly called round & located one at Lakeside. Received today & absolutely delighted. Can?t thank India at Guildford enough, for taking the time to locate it & for her lovely customer service, over & beyond.
