My first visit to Guildford and to Whistles shop. Excellent customer service from staff who were very helpful and cheerful. The shop was busy, I am not surprised, this did not deter from the service. I wish I lived nearer! Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Exceptional customer service from a genuinely helpful team. On two separate occasions, they haven’t tried to sell me a piece that didn’t quite fit from the in-store rails, but instead spent ages calling other branches and looking on line (even in other stores carrying Whistles) to find 2 other sizes I wanted to try,...

Popped into store yesterday to return a faulty item, which was dealt with no fuss or quibble. Had my newborn with me who was causing some noise! The very kind staff let me use the sofa to feed him. Thank you from a tired mum.
