Wow, wow. I spotted wendys in guildford and I was soooo excited!! I am a pensioner and used wendys as a teenager. I spoke to staff and they told me wendys back !!! Yippee!!
Well my review : fantastic food, staff, ambiance (although I think you should pad seats (diner style) , have more sockets, more ordering stations, more categories within drinks, e.g hot > chocolate, coffee, tea. Allow go back from pay screen....

First time ever going to Wendy?s and had high hopes. Go in and the menu looks great. But once I placed my order and the food came out, the portions are not what they lead you to believe on the menu. It was a shame as the food is nice, nothing special but nothing better than McDonald?s for me! Ice cream was melting before I even left the pick up area, again McDonald?s that wouldn?t happen. It?s okay but not the best, expected and was hoping for a lot better! Not sure I?d return!

Wheelchair/powerchair users - Don't bother! We decided to visit Wendy's as a a family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 children; 1 child being a full time wheelchair user. We were really impressed to see that there was a lift available to gain access to the dining area. However, this was shortlived as the lift could not accommodate our daughter's wheelchair. A very disappointing experience. We were unable to dine (and never will be able to at Guildford branch) as the lift is not fit for purpose. A ramped entry would've been a much better idea for wheelchair accessibility. I urge Wendy's to consider either a larger lift, or a ramp, as the choice of small lift is impacting disabled people's ability to access the restaurant. It may as well not be there.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift, but likely it won't accommodate your wheelchair/powerchair/mobility scooter.

Got the ?biggie meal deal? which looked reasonable value until I added avocado to the burger at £1.50, resulting in a reluctant sliver of a portion. Flavour was fairly bland and didn?t feel satisfied after eating. Fries and nuggets were okay. Service forgot to provide milk and stirrer for hot drink so had to ask and then only given 1 milk which added to the impression of stingy portions. Was asked to write this review for a freebie, but I naturally refused the freebie. Other burger establishments offer better value in my opinion.
