Went for dinner on Thursday 13th, the food was fantastic. The lady serving us called Calla was so lovely, we had a bad day and she made our evening so much better with her exceptional customer service. Thank you so much for your kindness

Was as always good food. Clearly understaffed and overwhelmed by online orders even on a Thursday. With respect of this the girl serving us had quite possibly the worst attitude I?ve ever experienced. Not even that she was rude, she was just so lethargic and completely fed up, she clearly did not want to be in today and decided it was the customers fault. The rest of the staff were lovely and very apologetic of the slower service. Not you Melisha, not you.

When your order did not arrived and the staff were saying they will ?redo? it because there wa a change of chef, doesn?t feel good having other people were served and finished their meal and yet you are still waiting hoping somebody will notice. I ended up cancelling the order as the experience was bad already. It shows an EXTREMELY POOR communications in the digital age where they have their gadgets.
What would you do if it happened to you? They charged high for a meal so at least they compensate with a good service

Milan offered not only a compassionate empathetic level of customer service
But display a good product knowledge in recommending which dish I should choose Delicious Food, Great customer service creates a even better atmosphere. Because of my experience I'll definitely be returning

I totally loved my visit to this place. The professionalism of the staff there is just amazing. They treated me and my friends as if we were royalty . The food was good, me and my friends enjoyed our lunch in there and we would visit sometime again. Highly recommend this place.

I gave 5 starts only for the lovely waiter called Albert and for the food .
I have been coming to Wagamama Guildford for ages and the food is always nice and delicious but the service is very poor usually, until today !! Albert is a gem and you guys should know ?!

Very good service here! I came close to closing (wed 11th) and they still gave me relaxed service despite it being late. They made me feel completely at ease. Shoutout to Namim (I believe thats his name, apologies if I am incorrect) who was very attentive and brought out everything as requested, even went extra as to charge my phone as i had no battery. The blond girl was also absolutely lovely :)
I have been here on a previous visit and like this visit the service was exceptional. Very good customer communication i.e waiting times, last orders etc.
