What fabulous service. Upgraded my phone but it did not work. Quick pop into the shop with super friendly and efficient service and problem resolved. So much nicer than the 191 service.

I Tried using the website to get my new phone upgrade however I just couldn't do it, I came into store and the young man Craig made it very easy for me and I got my new phone there. Very good service

I came in knowing literally nothing about phones and was helped by an incredibly helpful man named Xander, he talked me through all the plans i could potentially go through and was very understanding about my needs/what i wanted. i?ve always been hardcore iphone and xander understood that haha! usually it can be quite a long drawn out process to go in and get a new phone but xander was very chatty and friendly and made the process a really positive one. top bloke you?ve got there ?

I'm a foreign traveller. The day I walked into the store to receive a month-to-month PAYG bundle of £15 - the staff were friendly.Coming near to the end of the month, I phoned a staff member at this store (20 Nov) to find out if topping up would be the process to follow in order to renew my bundle. The lady assured me that is correct. I made the top up online and due to the fact that I would only need to use the phone for a couple more days before I left the country, I opted for the £10 top up. I then received an sms this morning (21 Nov) stating that if I would like to renew my bundle that I would need to "ensure you've got at least £15 credit".As per my knowledge, if a bundle is not renewed, the number becomes obsolete. I was completely befuddled by this contradicting information. Concerned that I would be stranded in central London with no data and worried that I may now lose a further £10, I phoned this store again to clarify.I spoke with a lady and she sounded oddly familiar to the one I spoke to yesterday and mentioned that I wasn't sure if it was her I spoke to and gave her the brief summary of my situation. She immediately apologised and and I simply told her there is no need for it as I'm just trying to fully understand what everything all means. Perhaps my uncertain tone came across negatively. Because the energy to the conversation shifted to a polite patronising one. I told her that I was worried that I'd be without data/signal as I plan to be in London tomorrow as I previously bought the £15 bundle and only opted for a £10 top up. She assured me that will not be the case. I was still apprehensive, but I concluded in our call that it seems to be a misunderstanding from the sms vs in-person explanation. I thanked her for clarifying and wished her a good day, to which I was greeted with a cold put down.

I came in the other day looking to upgrade and sat down with Bryony, who ran me through the differences between phones and packages that Vodaphone offers, the information was clear, concise, effective and incredibly friendly, I learnt so much more about phones then I ever had before and had such a pleasent experience I couldn't not talk about it, bryony's demeanour was warm and easygoing and everything an anxious or ignorant customer could hope for, Thanks Bry that was a huge help!
