After purchasing my google pixel XL pro in feb I was unable to access voice mail service I contacted customer service countless times and the issue wasn?t resolved. On a day trip out to Guildford I popped into the local Vodafone store on the high street and Mo was able the solve the issue. This deserves more than 5 stars.

Visited the Guildford store as I need help with my phone as I was unable to make calls. Mo the assistant manager helped deal with my queries despite me not even being a Vodafone customer as i am with ID mobile. Mo highlighted that it may be a network issue as it was only Vodafone numbers I could not call or get hold of me after doing some testing. Thank you Mo for your help.
