Visited this Urban store today, and wanted to write a review specifically praising Nurcan! She was incredibly helpful at the till and brought an extremely lovely atmosphere to the store despite how busy it was, making my experience all the more better. Thank you so much xx

I stopped by yesterday for some shopping. The staff at the till and fitting rooms were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I?ll definitely come back with my friends!

gosh I love this brand.. my experience las weekend was a cherry on top, in Guilford branch. I had to find a radical outfit for a wedding event so quickly with this heatwave. the sales assistants helped me massively and I'm massively thankful to the ladies in fitting room and lovely lady on the till, thank you ever so much for your help?

Bought quite a few clothes for my daughter online, received an email saying i needed to call my card issuer and get the authorisation number, so i did, however their phone lines are permanently closed so you cant call them as the email says to give them the number, so they then cancelled the order. Guess who will never be buying their clothes again?!

Not impressed about the service. Huge queue behind me due to the two people behind the till chatting/flirting for ages with the customers. When I voiced this to the middle aged lady (with weirdly dyed blonde hair) behind the till, she launched into a tirade saying did I want her to turn away a good customer to serve me faster. I was a bit taken aback by her aggressive attitude and my daughter was embarrassed so I said nothing further and left with her sarcastic ?have a nice day? as a parting gift. What I wanted to say was why didn?t she summon another colleague to serve on the empty till next to her. The shop certainly doesn?t need my trade - it is bustling - but I feel fed up enough to leave this review nonetheless.
