My wife and I visited Tortilla in Guildford for the first time recently, and we were really impressed! The food was absolutely delicious ? fresh, full of flavour, and made exactly to our liking. We both had burritos, and the ingredients were tasty, well-seasoned, and generously portioned.
What really made the experience even better was how lovely and friendly the staff were. They took the time to explain the menu, helped us choose our fillings, and made us feel completely welcome. For a first visit, it couldn?t have gone better ? we felt relaxed and well looked after from the moment we walked in.
The whole vibe was positive and efficient, and the service was quick without ever feeling rushed. We're already looking forward to going back ? Tortilla Guildford is definitely a new favourite for us!

One of my first times trying Tortilla and will definitely go again! I went for the £5 burrito student Mondays and the staff were all so lovely! One particular lady, Marcia was so kind and created such a welcoming environment. I was quite slow with picking my toppings but she was so patient and helped me, telling me what was spicy or halal and helping me and my brother set up our discounts. Not to mention, the food was amazing, definitely will be coming here again

AVOID.
No vegetarian options for kids. Staff didn't care and when I complained to Head Office, they were also similarly uninterested.
We won't be coming back.

Stumbled across Tortilla because Yo Sushi was closed early and my word, what an absolute blessing. First time visiting. Welcomed with the most enthusiastic and friendly workers. Kux and Liz explained the menu in great detail and made phenomenal suggestions of food for my girlfriend and I. 100% will recommend. The food is absolutely banging. 5 Stars thoroughly deserved.

I came here at lunch today, for the second time. Ibwas really impressed with all of the staff, they were freindly, helpful and dealtbwith the lunchtime rush well. Liz in particular was a delight.
The options are great, all be it to expensive to be a regular lunch spot, definitely worth it for a treat.
