Stock levels are consistently really bad, more like the back of a trademans van than a hardware supplier. They reply below but I have given feedback before to head office and they have done absolutely nothing in the last few years to improve things.That reply is just there to make them appear interested.

Friendly and efficient team found the item I wanted very quickly despite not having done click and collect. When it turned out I didn?t need the item for the job I was doing, they sorted out a refund easily and quickly. Top job!
