A security guard cannot search you without your consent. They can ask to search your belongings, but you have the right to refuse. However, if you refuse, they may deny you entry. The security gaurd working here under cover, This man is not allowed to touch you. If he does its assult under comon Law. If someone does steal something he can only say please put the item back. (He can't touch you) if he touches you then call the police. It's assult under comon Law. He is not a police man, this man has no jurisdiction whatsoever. The man is described British, white, early 60s bald head, scruffy facial hair. Arm Shorts, hoodie tops. Sometimes a cap on.

Was today at tx max with my kids tu buy some staff for home . My son 5 years old was walking and by mistake broke something with the price 17£ . It was one lady on the third floor which came and said to me you have to pay for it because it was your fault and you broke it . All fine I accepted that because it was my son fault and he didn?t mean it . I went to the till to pay and asked if I can pay for it half price because I don?t need that she contacted someone and they said no half only full price . I paid and left it there . It doesn?t look fair to me to get charged for the full price I already purchased a lot of staff I was not going out with empty hands. My son got so upset and asked for sorry so many times for making me pay 17£ for nothing .

I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated in this store. I bought a dress with minor marks, but later found the seams around the zip and hem were damaged. When I returned to ask for a further discount to cover repairs or a refund, the manager (Natasha) was rude, incorrectly told me I couldn?t return it, and repeatedly accused me of damaging and wearing it ? despite all the tags and red clip still attached. Only after arguing did she agree to a refund, finishing with the patronising remark: ?Next time I suggest you be more careful what you buy.? Completely unacceptable service and I will not be returning.

Supervisor or manager unsure of what she was, was working at tills and the way she acted towards me and my partner was so racially motivated. Disgusting how she had a higher up position in customer service but treated us lesser than her .

A large selection of everything in this store. But the size of clothes S is like XL. Lately I don't really like the clothes there. Also the shoes have a problem with the size. There the shoes are mostly size 4,5,6

Had a really nice visit today whilst visiting the area. Found the store to be pretty big in comparison with other TK maxx stores and browsed for gifts. Found something I wanted but someone had opened it and destroyed the packet which disappointed the experience a bit. It's not that hard to pack things away carefully ready for the next customer..
Well I was quite pleased with my shop, even if I had to educate a youngster in store on why it isn't good to break a packaging to which he realised was correct and hadn't thought of the actions of damaging stock in front of a friend..
