Absolutely fantastic 10/10. I took my suit to these guys at 9am Saturday morning explaining that I had a funeral Monday and needed it for then. Considering how unorganised I was and how late I left it I had the suit back at 5pm the same day! The kind bloke assured me he would have it done for me on an express service so I?d have it in time for the funeral on Monday. Will definitely be returning here and recommending to family and friends. Thank you again

Justin done a spot on job of actually cutting a key I had previously had cut at another store and was completely wrong. He was very competent at his job and couldn?t be more pleased with the service

Wanted a small leather piece glued and stitched on my handbag.I?ve added an image of what it should have looked like and what they ended up doing. Too much glue was added and horrible stitching. Could?ve done this better at home:(I got some heels fixed as well and they did do a good job at that.Ended up paying 19£ for both services.I asked to get my sole glued for a different pair of shoes and they said they couldn?t do that. The solution was to get a new sole which costs 90£. No thanks!

Lifetime warranty for watch batteries not worth the extra £5 as they don't honour it. Man serving was unfriendly and surly.
