Not satisfied at all. Really unpleasant experience. I have done my first contract 5 years ago. The shop was way better organised at that time. Now few phones displayed here and there, the shop looked like abandoned, poor customer service, and list goes on.

Terrible service! Absolutely terrible network! I wouldn?t recommend at all! The complaint resolution is even worse. I?m having the worst possible time because information was withheld and now I?m stuck with a contract I don?t want and a terrible service that I can?t use! Bad! bad!! bad !!!

Tried to upgrade to sim only contract but worker in there James messed up the processing meaning I kept getting fully charged every month. Manager was unapologetic and refused to take responsibility. Must have gone in store up to 7 times to fix the issue but with no resolve. Very disappointed in this customer service as a longtime 3 user.

Had some issues, but today in the Guildford store a young man called James dealt with them quickly and satisfactorily. Brilliant.
