My third order with them tracking shows it?s at my local delivery depot next time I look it?s been sent back to fragrance shop emailed twice waist of time rang twice today 20/12/24 39 in queue next time 109 in queue customer services are above and beyond useless will never be using them again finally received a month after ordering never again

We went here to the shop in the Friary, Guildford on Thursday 24th October. The lady in charge was absolutely lovely and so helpful. However, there was another lady working there who was reluctant to let us smell different perfumes and when we decided to buy the small one she laughed and made comments about how we clearly could not afford the other sizes, which is not the case. My friend and I found this extremely insulting and unprofessional.
