I popped into the Guildford Superdrug last Sunday to update my foundation. I was helped by a lovely shop assistant (Hannah) who was polite and very knowledgeable about make-up. She recommended a few different brands and shades, but not in a forceful way. I bought one of the foundations in a shade that she recommended. Several days of use and I can?t thank her enough. Her choice was perfect, I?m 50+ and have never worn such a great foundation. Anyone who needs a bit of help choosing make-up, ask for Hannah!

I recently visited the Superdrug store at 101 High Street, Guildford, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I encountered unhelpful service from the assistant manager, Ilia, who came across as unprofessional and unprepared to handle basic customer service matters. Rather than resolving the issue, his attitude made the situation more frustrating.
As a regular customer of Superdrug, I expect a minimum standard of support and courtesy, especially from someone in a managerial position. I hope this feedback helps the store management take steps to improve the quality of service and ensure better customer interactions in the future.

The fragrance advisor Anusha at Superdrug Guildford is amazing, Her expert guidance made my life easy she was so friendly ,calm ,sweet and I walked out buying two perfumes which I absolutely love it.

Pros: good choice of products
Cons: bad customer service. I bought one of these eyeshadows for a friend which I then tried to return as I got the wrong shade. I was told I cannot return it because it doesn?t have a seal on the packaging and it?s Superdrug?s policy that items without a seal cannot be returned. However when I asked why all these products are without a seal then I was told that there?s nothing she can say or do about it. I was not warned that I cannot return these items before I bought them, which I think is misleading.
So yea, disappointed with how they handled my situation

Couldn?t find my prescription anywhere else but they had it. Five star but I had to wait because the counter was vacant.

Closed for an hour for lunch with no notice online, when I called to double check my prescription was there they didn't mention they would be closed either. People go on their lunch breaks to collect important medicine and there's no other time they can collect it but AT LUNCH. Which means if they do this every day, I will never be able to go in and collect. USELESS.

Special mention for Abbie on the perfume counter. She helped 3 generations of our family choose fragrances and nothing was too much trouble despite it being a busy Saturday. Great service and great prices. Thanks

I used to come here when it was a travel clinic which means you get all sorts of injections, e.g. against rabies... Then the travel clinic was closed and the nearest was in Reading. I find the whole area oppressive and absolutely dislike the hill that you have to climb to get to the shops.

Avoid this place , unprofessional stuff, very rude , gave me vacation in my nerve , have never experienced so much pain in my life it was excruciating! Who employs those nurses , they should never be allowed to touch anybody! DISGRACEFUL!!!

The store is okay most things you need however staff are unapproachable and unhelpful. They just stand around not offering to serve you as they want to push you through the self service.

I have just left your store in absolute shock due to the most horrendous patient care I have experienced in my life from your in store nurse Marie.Marie couldn?t have been more condescending and abrasive towards me. I attended for a medical procedure which is never the most comfortable thing anyway and from the moment I walked in she seemed to despise my presence. She refused to allow me to put my things on her table which forced me to put them on the floor as there wasn?t a table or hook for my jacket. She then started to ask me questions and if I didn?t know the answer she would question if what I was telling her even happened, she continued to tell me that what I was saying didn?t really add up because of one reason or another and refused to believe what I told her.She then started typing her notes, so I reached for my phone in an attempt to try find some of the answers to her questions. She then told me to not go on my phone, to which I politely asked her why and she told me that it was rude (bearing in mind she was typing notes and not talking or looking directly at me at the time) I explained to her that all I was trying to do was find some of the answers to her questions.She then continued to type her notes - this was all after the procedure and I felt very nervous and dizzy because of the procedure and from her behaviour towards me. I had to take a 40 minute drive home after this so felt it best to wait in the car until I felt better which put a delay on my day.I cannot believe a nurse, who is supposed to care and look after people can treat her patients with such disdain and lack of empathy, compassion & understanding. She needs to reassess this - treating people as if they are stupid or lying because they don?t have the answers to her questions is discouraging and will make them lose trust in healthcare professionals.
