I switched to this pharmacy because my previous pharmacy were woeful in getting my special medication. Superdrug proved to be even worse. They do not train their new staff or they hire people who can’t do what is needed. The pharmacy does NOT pick up the phone. To check if the medication has arrived one has to go there. This is a huge hassle for a person with a disability. Most of the time they don't have the medication. Useless. I will complain to my GP and ask them.not to use superdrug pharmacy.
